Wesley Autrey, Veteran, Father, American HERO

Wesley Autrey, Construction worker, Vietnam Veteran, Father. You can now add one more to the top of the list. AMERICAN HERO. I regret that it's not in my power to bestow the Presidential Medal of Freedom on your deserving shoulders, for you unselfishly leapt onto an active subway track to save a complete stranger with no consideration for your own safety. I hope they throw you a parade, for you are the exactly the kind of American example I hope my children grow to emulate.
May God Bless you and yours.
